  • People with strong networks of sales professionals and business relationships.
  • People who want to grow earnings beyond their own personal sales.
Not a fit if:
  • You want to be a W2 employee.
  • You are not interested in recruiting or building relationships with other sales professionals or referral organizations.

What it is

You recruit sales professionals and organizations that fit one of Journey’s three primary models: Hosted Franchise, 1099 ISO Partner, or 1099 Referrer Partner. You are paid as an independent 1099 contractor. An LLC is common, but not required.

Revenue
  • Earn a one-time $5,000 payment for every franchisee you refer who joins Journey.
  • Earn 5% to 6% of net revenue from every deal sold by a 1099 ISO Partner you bring into the network.
  • Earn 3% of gross revenue from every deal sold by a 1099 Referrer Partner you bring into the network.
Benefits
  • Build additional revenue through the network you recruit.
  • Grow earnings beyond your own personal sales activity.
  • Full access to Journey’s marketing department.
  • No health benefits are provided because Alliance participants are independent 1099 contractors.
Journey Support
  • Full training to understand Journey’s offerings.
  • Full access to Journey’s marketing department.
  • Full support to help you train and manage the 1099 ISO Partners you bring into Journey.
Daily role
  • Recruit sales professionals and organizations that fit one of Journey’s three models: Hosted Franchise, 1099 ISO Partner, or 1099 Referrer Partner.
  • Manage your network and provide the consistent level of culture and care expected across Journey.
